The Hotel can be reached through the sea-coast road linking La Spezia to Levanto: he/she has to take the seaside direction to Riomaggiore. Then he/she must go on to the junction Manarola/Levanto and keep the right way up to the hills, just after road signs to Volastra and to more famous places (Vernazza, Corniglia etc.). After 2 km. (1 mile) and leaving on the left the village called Groppo, here’s the Hotel on the right, just after the Volastra sign-board.
